In the integrated pre-kinder project, “It’s a small world”, in their Spanish class, students learned about Australia, its animals, and the importance of caring for and protecting them. They worked on a small billboard with four windows, and in each one, they found information and some curiosities of animals such as the koala, the corroboree frog, the Tasmanian devil and the wombat.
Using images, the students were able to explain their work to their classmates, and gave ideas on how they can contribute to animal care. Diana Chivatá Spanish Teacher and Library in PkABC
Resumen:En el proyecto integrado de prejardín, “It’s a small world”, en las clases de español los estudiantes aprendieron sobre Australia, sus animales, y la importancia de cuidarlos y protegerlos. Trabajaron una pequeña cartelera con cuatro ventanas, y en cada una encontraron información y algunas curiosidades de animales como el koala, la rana corroboree, el demonio de Tasmania y el wombat.
A partir de imágenes los estudiantes lograron explicar su trabajo ante sus compañeros y dieron ideas de cómo pueden aportar en el cuidado de los animales.
